I recently called Alison for advice regarding my shared ownership flat lease extension. It was only after discussing in detail that we realised I did not need her services. She took her time and gave me more advice t even though it would not benefit her. These are the trustworthy businesses that we all need. No hard sell and no fob off either. Alison came across as a true professional who just wants to help wherever she can.

I had lots of questions about a lease extension and freehold purchase. There is no doubt my decision making was helped by Alison's expert advice. Getting a valuation is a really good idea and many leaseholders may not be aware, how much depends on so many other factors (not only ground rent and years left on the lease)

I employed Alison Stone Surveyors to negotiate a lease extension with our Freehold Landlord on my flat. This was successful and was agreed quickly with the landlord at an acceptable premium. Alison did my lease extension valuation survey and also carried out negotiations with my freeholder during my lease extension. Her valuation survey was very thorough and the report she provided was excellent. More importantly she carried out negotiations with my freeholder's valuer and I was very happy with the result. She kept on negotiating for as long as possible and achieved a reasonable price for my lease extension. She was also reachable during the entire process. I would recommend her to anyone carrying out a lease extension.

Leasehold extensions can be daunting and complicated if you don’t know what you are doing. The first thing you need to do is get a figure for an extension from your freeholder. The next thing you need to do is to contact Alison. She will value your property and advise you on the options. She will deliver this service at a more than reasonable price and will put you back in the driving seat. This is especially so, if you felt like me, totally out of your depth. Highly recommended.
